what is the best/safist diet pill out there?
Question:
Answers:
Please do not try diet pills because they are not the long term answer and many can cause negative health effects. Consider a healthy lifestyle change.
The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm
Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:

Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html
It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

*3) Exercise on most days by doing cardiovascular training and/or resistance training activities.
Read a book or find a certified trainer to make sure your doing all resistance training exercises correctly. A great book to buy that teaches you the resistance training basics is “Weight Training for Dummies”. A superb magazine to buy with resistance training routines that will not get you bored is "Muscle and Fitness". Signup for the free newsletter. A good book to buy that teaches you the cardiovascular training basics is “Fitness for Dummies”.
*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.
*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A superb book to read is “You The Owner’s Manual”. An excellent periodic publication is the “Nutrition Action Health Letter”. Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier. Send me an email or yahoo instant message to "gainbetterhealth" if you want an indoor air purifier recommendation and if you have any questions.

I take Phentermine. It is a great diet suppressant. You have lots and lots of energy and no appetite. You can buy it online at safedietpills.com. Try it out.
it depens on your body resistance .. osme pills work for some people ..for ex the ones with a lot of caffeine work good for people that need energy .. I use Relacore and work fine for me, I used to take Hydroxicut and work really well too but I had to stop b/c the caffeine was killing me ! so it's up to you .. Go to GNC and ask for help they'll tell you what to take ...Good luck!
There isn't one. It's all hype. Losing weight is a matter of calories in and out. Unfortunately, that means watching what you eat and excercising. Any pill just makes you hyper and jump around. So sure you burn more calories, but at the expense of your health.
there is not safest. one of the girls just said in this very q/a about one that was causing numbness in her face. this article has some great natural weightloss programs and exercises
LIPODRENE - hands down! It increases metabolism and suppresses appetite with Hoodia Gordonii, "Real" Hoodia Gordonii...
A good food source mutivitamin. Eat seaweed for thyroid function at its peak, Eat cinnamon, cayenne, clove, ginger, unsweetened chai tea for boosting the metabolism. Daily morning aerobic exercise also for high metabolism. Avoid anything not from food sources and any food not organic.
Use stevia and agave for sweeteners. Avoid wheat. Eat alkalinizing foods. Do abdominal exercises daily.
Now you are avoiding diabetes, losing weight and keeping healthy. whats wrong with that?
Dont take anything from a convenience store.
None, its all crap! there is no fast safe way to health or good weight, except exercise and the right food. Swimming is the best exercise it uses every muscle in the body, more muscle more use of calories. Strength training, 2nd best. Avoid high sugar, hi fat, substitute raw sugar, or honey. Eat frequently during day to keep blood sugar even. Some people eat once a day to keep calories down, bad practice slows your metabolism and makes sugar levels bounce up and down. Don't waste your money on a con job and ruin your health. Good Luck , Hon! P.S. Don't be too hard on yourself, thats why people fail at diets. Junk food once in awhile is ok in small amounts.
This worked for me. I was so impressed I became a distributor.
I've lost 6 lbs and I’ve only been taking it a month.
The girl who told me about it lost 19 in two months. It varies from person to person. i haven’t exercised or changed my eating.

#1. Be sure you are buying pure Hoodia...look for the import certificate on the website. No matter the price, if they do not display this, you really do NOT know what you are getting!
#2. Be sure it is 100% Hoodia & not mixed w/other herbs, etc.!!
#3. Keep in mind it stops your hunger pangs…you MUST remember to break your habit to always eat at certain times.
#4. Drink a full 8oz. glass of water with it!
Hoodia (HOOD-ee-uh) gordonii - A genus of 10 to 20 species from southwestern Africa.
Hoodia gordonii is the stoneage wonder plant found throughout the dry arid regions of the South western African continent now on the verge of making history in the fight against obesity. It is a genus belonging to the Asclepiadaceae family which consists of approximately 20 species. Used to stop hunger, quench thirst, and provide energy among other things since prehistoric times, Hoodia gordonii was first discovered by the San tribesmen and women to get through the most difficult of times.
