Here is what you need to do, if you are serious about losing weight and keeping it off. Eat 6 small meals a day about every 4 hours. Here what that will do for you, your metabolism will increase (i.e. Loose weight) and you will have more engry. If you go on a diet and eat less, your metabolism will slow down and store to fat. That is why diets dont work. Only the size of your fist, carbs (examples:baked potato, pasta, oatmeal, beans, corn, melon, apples, fat free yogurt, whole wheat breads)in one and protien (examples:chicken breast, swordfish, shrimp, turkey breast) in the other. You can also eat vegetables and salads with any meal, they dont have none or little fat). 30min cardo exercise every day. Any of these(examples: walking, jogging, swimming,running, biking, ect), Monday cardo, tues upper body (arms: curls, tricep extensions,pull ups, front press)(abdominals: leg pull crunch, leg raises), (chest: bench press, butterfly, pullover)(shoulders: front press, arm pullover, cross county skier machine)(back:seated row, lat pull downs, back extension)(YOU DONT HAVE TO DO IN ONE DAY, mix it up) wed cardo, thurs lower body (legs: leg pull,leg press, squats, lounges) fri cardo, sat upper. Sunday eat anything you want and dont exercising, you do this on sunday so your body doesnt go into starvation mode. YOU NEED TO TAKE SUNDAY OFF. If you stilck with this you will have a great body. also drink aleast 8oz of water daily! Stay away from Mcdonals, Wendys, ect because there is nothing good for you on the menu's even the salads are bad (beaon bits, cheeze, dressing, ect) Good Luck :)

No there isn't get off you *** and do something about it. I did people made fun of me for being fat so I got right in the routine of bettering myself with no help from anyone other than myself and my on determination. The people that pissed me off I found a way to make it work for me. I started my own yoga workout and put myself on a diet of course it takes time but to be able to have such confidence and the last laugh is indeed wonderful. and worth it.Why 60% of maximun heart rate for effective fat loss?

However .. thrs this french technique very much fullproof, eat everything u wish to .. eat it passionately.. n eat only three bites n move on to something else.. this way u have a tab of how much u r eating . u r enjoyin what u r eating and u r eatin what u want .. This Works !

I started leaving one "high carb" thing out of my diet every week.ate more veggies,drank just water.
Then did the Mediterranean diet..hard cheeses,yogurt,tuna fish,(allergic to other fish.the diet has a lot of broiled fish in it),chicken(not deep fried..stir fried in olive oil,baked or broiled),grapes,dates,raisins,. the dried fruit & regular fruit..more sugar is just as bad as too many carbs.low carb breads,oatmeal.stopped using sugar or sugar subsitutes(they are really bad for you.your body can not process those types of chemicals..use a small amount of honey if you have to sweeten things)..beans, olives,lots of green veggies (broccoli,lettuce,artichokes,g. beans.) used only extra virgin olive oil(it doesn't have the strong taste regular olive oil does).
No salad dressings,sauces,or condimants (ketchup ,relish..etc.they add calories too).. used real butter,and drank a small amount of milk.. cranberry juice with a bit of water added.ice water with a twist of lemon in it.
Everything in moderation..after a week or two,you don't have the cravings anymore for what you give up.when your body craves something,first try a cold glass of water.then if you still have to have it.eat a small amount.take small bites,chew it slowly & enjoy the taste.if you try to deprive yourself,you will eat everything you can,then still end up eating what you craved..
Your mind set needs to be part of it too..don't think of it as a diet..rather the way you will eat for the rest of your life.if youhave a bad day.forgive yourself & start again.
Write down what you eat,why you eat it and when.it will give you a better idea of what your body needs & if you are eating more than you need ,out of boredom,comfort eating.or stuff you really don't need to eat.
Once you start to slim down.then add 2 /10 minute walks a day..weight training to tone your muscles..many try to do 20 -30 minutes and can't handle it,so give up..bike riding is great too.or swimming..dancing to your favorite cd makes it fun & more enjoyable.have a veriety of activities so you don't burn on on just one.
