It takes more than just will power. You've got a target so that's a good start. Next you need to get organised. Buy in some healthy food. Make time to cook, so you don't eat junk 'cos you're starving. Weigh yourself now and then every week and track your weight loss. That will motivate. Get a journal and write down what you eat and how much exercise you do.
Target. Organise. Track. Journal.
Should lead to success. Good luck!

Eat Rivita and fruit. at intervals during the day and no main meal. Stand tall and walk a lot for more than 30 minutes at a time. It works for me and only takes two weeks
Cut of your head?
Otherwise, eat right, and gentle exercise.
eat constantly in 3hours interval , you can eat everything but not to much. Good is some exercise before first meal you 'll burn the energy what is laid in your body
recognise why you eat what you eat, keep a diary of how food makes you feel. I realised cakes and biscuits made me feel bloated and lethargic so I took it as my body's way of telling me not to eat them. Exercise is the best way.diets are rubbish as they only make you focus on food..the last thing you need to be doing. Drink water when you feel hungry, if your 'are still hungry 15 minutes after drinking, then it's genuine hunger. thirst sends the same signal as hunger and is often misinterpreted.
I would recommend joining weighwatchers i did and lost 1 stone in 3 months, i was shocked how quick it worked, I know loads of people say cut down and excercise, i did this for 2 years and lost half a stone, when on weight watchers i never excercised once and lost a stone in three months so imagine how much i would of lost if i did more excercise, its really worth it in the end.
The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a fitness calculator that you can put on your cell phone and computer. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.
