What other excersizes target my thighs(mainly inner) besides lunges and squats?

Plie squats are good. Also leg lifts. Lay on your side with your legs out straight. Cross the top leg over with your foot flat on the floor by your knee. Lift the bottom leg toward the crossed over leg. You can add a weight on your thigh for more resistance.

Lay on your back, put your legs straight together in the air, and let them fall to the sides and then back up together. (Geez that is hard to describe without illustrating!) - do 3 sets of 15. It's really good for the inner thighs.
Lunges don't target your inner thighs. If you belong to a gym there is one nautilaus machine that specifically works the inner thighs and one that specifically works the outter thighs. Also, if you do leg extensions you can turn your heels inside and outwards to work those areas. If you don't belong to a gym then WiserAngel suggested a good exercise. Another good one is to lay on your side, the leg that is touching the floor, keep it straight, cross your opposite leg over the straight leg. The heal of your foot should be near your other knee. Flex your foot on the straight leg and lift it towards the ceiling. Do 3 sets of 5-18 reps for each leg. I hope I explained that okay.
