If you're up to the challenge and you REALLY want to lose weight, it is definately possible.
You can eat other things like bread, etc. not only raw veggies and fruits. As long as you eat healthy, your body will stay healthy. If you exercise, you will definately lose weight.
Don't feel bad if your weight goes up a little after you start working out, it's normal. After that little weight goes up, it will start going down :)

Fruits and vegetables alone won't do it. You'll get sick without protein. You'll have to get it from egg whites, nuts, powder, or another source. You should be getting a few tips from a lot of readers in a bit.
It depends on your metabolism. So be careful not to get sick by keeping a too strict diet. The balanc of calories would be: 200 - 2000 - 1500 = 3.200 kcal deficit. To lose one pound you habe to save 3.500 kcal, so you need about 44 days.
