De-Junk your house. eat smaller portions more often. 5 or 6 meals per day. This keeps you constantly full. My wifes freind has a picture of a HUGE lady on her fridge. This stops her from opening it when she doesn't need it!

The real ansere is to get some exercise, and decide that you really want to eat better. Put it in writing ( an acceptable diet ) and follow it. I use Atkins sort of, just reduce carbs, and fat, and increase protiens.
stop buying junk food and try to donate some of the food somewhere (so you dont waste it) buy more vegtables. there are chips that are low fat and are acctual vegtables. try eating those. eat more fruit and veggies. try not to eat alot of junk food. you can even try the southbeach diet. my parents used it and it worked really good plus the food is good.

Well, you cant get away from food, you have to eat. But you're eating the wrong stuff. Snack on veggies and fruits instead of cakes and chips or the like. And also, watch the portions that you eat. Only eat meat the size of the palm of your hand, and don't eat too many starches, either. Limit your fatty and sweet foods and excercise about 5-15 minutes per day. This should help.
buy your own food, then you have control over what you eat
put all the junk food into one closet and make it the one you cant go into. that should fix it also start running to lose weight. good luck to you. if you need to lock the closet door and give the key to someone who wont open it for you.

First, stop buying all the junk. Next, stock up on the 100 calorie snacks that they have out now. They have everything!! And they are good! Next, work your butt off...literally.
