does anyone know where i can download a fitness workout video?

Question: i dont care how cheesy it is, as long as its free and gets me moving. i have tried limewire but im not having much luck

Answers:
Limewire is usually ok, especially limewire pro (you can download that by searching for it on limewire!).
Your best bet is to look for some which are out on DVD at the moment and search by their title rather than just by a generic term like "fitness."
