Can I drink Green Tea instead of water all the time?

I'm trying to be healthier by drinking more water, but I was wondering if, just for a change of taste, green tea was just as good.

Well green tea IS good for you, but the key to a healthy lifestyle is balance. Don't eat or drink too much of anything, everything should be consumed in moderation.
