An tips to get less pale?

I'm anemic and I have tons of food allergies unfortunately. But I do exercise regularly (everyday for more than 2 hrs)
Perhaps there is something else I can do to help this? Any tips?

Take Vitamin C pills
Have lots of fruits and vegetables, especially spinach
Have a balanced diet
Exercise regularly
Reduce your stress
Sleep sufficiently every day
Don't rush, take time to relax.

Visit the spa for relaxation
See a doctor to rule out any other causes of your condition.

Try exercising only 30 minutes a day, I don't think you need more than that unless you're a professional athlete.
As for your skin tone...could it be genetic? are you Asian?

Take an iron supplement. The anemia is more than likely causing you to become pale
also, make sure that you get plenty of rest.
Eat iron rich foods so you won't be anemic. This will give you color. A word of caution: too much iron can be poisonous.
Don't go out side much... stay mostly in doors.

I would try a spray on tan or a tanning cream, you can control it so it looks natural. I like Banana Boat products.
