walking would be your best choice.
if you don't have a treadmill, and don't have the time to join a gym, or if you live in a area where the weather is a factor, I suggest joining a "walking club" sort of speak at a mall.
many of them allow walkers to come and walk the circumference of the mall even before the retail stores open.
check it out. also make sure you are drinking enough water. you should consume at least 6-8 glasses a day. last stop eating at least 3 hours before bedtime.

i have a treadmill and i walk for like 30 minutes every few days and it really helps..if you dont have a treadmill i would suggest walking outside if it is not to cold where u are..it is the simplest exercise..there are also dvds at walmart that have like 3 or 4 different 10 minute workouts on them taht are pretty neat.. i have a kickboxing one that is really easy to catch on to.thats all i can come up with hope it helps! good luck
Your best bet would probably walking, everyone can walk outside, or if a treadmill is available for you wherever your at that helps, treadmills can also be usefull in making a workout more of a challenge such as incline, or speed.I also have the restistance bands in a few different levels and these can be taken with you on trips, and can also be used at home. Usually they come with examples of exercises that can be performed with the bands, for all body parts.
Its always good to add some sort of resistance training with cardio.
