Gluten-free PASTA, any buckwheat recipes?

Question:

a coeliac friend is coming for a week - anyone know a pasta recipe which is gluten (wheat) free? We have buckwheat flour - can we use this?

go to the health food shop around the corner - they have gluten-free pasta.

I'm not sure if buckwheat flour will work. I've had brown rice pasta. from Trader Joes. They also have sauses with no sugars in them.. I was on a diet that I could not eat any sugar. Try brown rice and Indian Food, lot of flavor.no sugars! Also Hummus and veggie chips are a great snack. Lots of veggies!
