I have a friend who claims to have lost weight drinking a dieter tea.?

only I can't get ahold of her to find out the name of the tea. Now I know she is also eatting healthy and exercising. But the last time I saw her she had lost alot of waight and she claimed she just started 2 months befor hand. I was wondering if anyone knows the name of any chinees teas that realy help you to lose weight and not just water, what the name of the tea is and were can I buy it from??

Green Tea. Tastes very good and better for you than most teas.speaking of it I'm drinking some now. You can buy it anywhere they sell tea. It's great hot or chilled, your preference.
