First and foremost thing is to check the amount of calories you intake daily. Try to maintain your calorie level possibly to 1500. Stop taking excessive foods or foods with high calorie levels like choclates, ice creams or any form of sweets.
Workout daily for 2-3 hours a day--a brisk walk or a Gym--though it will induce your body system to eat more--eat less.
Avoid junk foods and eat normally with less oily stuff foods.
