Anyone know where in the U.S is ephedra legally bought?

On April 14th, Neutraceuticals, the makers of MetaboLife, took the FDA to court and got the ban overturned. So as of Arpil 14th, Ephedra is one again legal. Part of the settlement was that ephedra supplements can have a maximum of 10mg of ephedra, and it must be time release.
