a lot of people on here.?

Question:
many suggest running for flabby abs,are all other methods (crunches, sit ups, ect) no good?what other things can i do to excercise my abs?

Answers:
I think alot of things will help, i do Thai boxing and within this, you do a range of gym tests, which includes:

Thai sit up's - you come a third of the way up, keep legs flat and then try and get your ribs to touch your hips.

Normal sit ups - with legs flat on the ground.

Crunches - lay on your back, keep your shoulders and legs off the floor, and pull you legs towards your head.

Sit up's with a twist - do a normal sit up, but as you reach a third of the way up, twist your upper body towards the left leg, so your elbow touches your knee, and the same on the other side.

I find that all of these are very effective, and not also work you abs, they help your oblique muscles especially the twists.

Remember which ever exercise you decide to do, that you work on your back, as you need to work the back muscles or else the muscles in your stomach will pull, and your posture will be bad.

Good luck :)

Other Answers:
go to the gym an keep of the junk food

exercise with a device advertised on T.V. it should be effective but somehow, the gadget could be expensive. just try going to gym near you and have work-out. you can ask people there how. situps are the trick and bend your knees and have someone to hold your feet. they really made my abs firm up when i was in basic training

Dance, i have found its the best thing for me
