u cud eat a heavy breakfast consisting of a seasonal fruit with any cereal, a not-so-heavy lunch n a very light dinner.eat a lot of fruits.
ok.if u can see most indians are quite fat..the main problem is indian food and the curries.it contains alot of spices but also alot of fattening oil..which is fettening of cose.so try cut down indian food like roti canai.especially chicken curry!!
