i have a male friend that's way obese ,does any 1 know a diet pill that works?

Question:

Answers:
Don't use diet pills. They can mess up his metabolism more.

Recommend to him a detox and colonic. Start with a magnesium citrate laxative and have him fast for a few days (only after talking to a doctor). His stomach will start to shirnk a bit.

After the detox/fasting, then he can start to retrain his dietary habits.

Other Answers:
Any pill will work as long as he only eats 1000 calories per day and does 30 minutes of exercise each day.

Have your friend push away from the eating table exedrin it worked for me its so good it burns your hunger and calories away

there is no diet pill that works great as exercise and eat rite.

I suggest diet and exercise first. A person can take the BEST diet pill in the world and not change eating habits and no matter what, they will NOT lose weight. Lifestyle changes first, then if needed help to maintain then consider supplements. Suggest that he go to his doctor and with his/her help they can work out the best diet/exercise program that's best for his needs and goals.

panadol works for everything Stacker 2

Skip the diet pill. They are nothing but trouble a lot of them have crystal meth in them. (friend of mine was on them was subjected to random drug check through the company and tested positive) I have given a link below which is a dr prescribed diet that will help and its easier then hell to stick to. No fad just what they use for heart patients who need to loose a few before surgery. Myself and a friend (guy) used it and lost 200lbs between us

xenical

um i don't think that diet pills would be the best and certainly not the healthiest for your body. they just probably don't even work correctly and may cause harm to other things in your body. the best way to lose weight is by the eating healthy, not too much, and excercising a lot. tell him to try it and he'll see that soon the pounds will start coming right off. only help if he wants to be helped.. bc that is a sensitive issue. Diet pills are deadly. please don't used them or let anyone else. walking, running, eating healthier can help. As long as you keep moving but don't skip meals just make the meals smaller.

If he's obese like you say he is, then he needs to see his primary physican if he has one. If he's very obese and has tried several diets, maybe he should look into gastric by-pass. My best friend had it last year and lost 135lbs. It was scary for her, but she told me she'd do it all over again if she had to. If his weight is affecting his health, his health insurance policy should cover the procedure.

Diet pills alone will not make a person lose weight safely. He needs a food intake and excercise program set up to do this successfully. He needs to burn those calories off as well as getting the old heart to working.

Diet pills kill. Just check out meridia (rx diet pill)

Eat right and exercise that is the only way to loose weight.
Drink lots of water.
