Protien is good for you, if you have a balance. Nowadays though, the food today, loses its nutricient value due to pollution, the storage before it is shelved, the fields due to pollution and pesticide.
So, what I did, I use double x, which has helped me a lot plus a protien powder which has helped with my intake, my muscles, and has definitley helped my bones. I have been taken them for 1 year and I have seen the different, felt the difference and so has my family.
Not everyone eats 4 times a day, and easts 7 types of different colour vegetables. That's what a human being needs to have for healthy balanced meals.
And the way people cook, the nutricient in the food is gone. They're just eating chicken or vegetable, or rice, and 95% of the nutricient has gone due to the pots they use.
I use I Cook because I cook at low heat, it takes the heat all over the pot, and when cooked, man can I taste the food and its nutrcient and the pots have a light time gurantee but who wants to spend £400-£500 on pots, that lasts for say 40 years?
But get them to calculate how much they spend on poys, pans for 10 years, man it is hefty.
To enable you to gain the goodness from the food, the process from ground up, to cooking needs to be done right. Your health, your heart, your mind and body is a billion dollar industry but people don't take care of it as others do.
Well your body needs proteins to maintain proper immune function, so I would say yes. Your body does need more than just protein though. I would say high everything including calories is good for you. as long as your physical activity consumes all of the calories you eat. Studying counts, because your brain uses up a lot of energy too.
Sitting on your *** and watching tv isn't so good. Yes it can be if it is the right source, but also make sure you get enough fiber because protein can cause constipation.
