i 5' 4" and weight about 130 lbs. I would really like to lose some weight...starting sunday i'm going to a fitness class, 30 min. of cardio and 30 min. of resistance and i'm restricting my caloric intake to 1200 calories, and i will be running in the evening...how much weight can i lose in 3 weeks if i do this religiously?

To be honest, you're really not very overweight at all.
In three weeks, doing all that and having only 1200 calories a day..you would probably lose more weight than you need to.

Normally, having less than 1200 calories a day would cause a body to go into starvation mode - which, is counter-productive. The body thinks it isn't going to get enough food, so it stores as much energy as possible(usually in unprefered spots) so it can keep going.

I'd advise, if you want to lose weight, take it slow at first and have around 1800 calories a day, since you really don't need to lose much weight at all.
