I have 7 weeks to lose 23 lbs..is this possible??
Question:
I am cut back to around 500-650 calories per day right now to jump start this weight loss.
How fast do you think i will lose weight?? Is this going to possible to lose 23 pounds in 7 weeks.?
I dont have a scale, i am basically just going off of my starting weight and what i look like in my clothes compared to what i look like now. Any help is great, especially people that have been on a diet like this one.

of course it's possible! i lost 10 lbs. in just one week! all you need to do is eat up to 1300-1500 calories everyday and exercise for 45-120 minutes 5-7 times a week. just drink water and no junk food!
Please don't skip on calories! Just eat the right foods like they are fuel.
BREAKFAST: Eat 1/2 grapfruit or cup of oatmeal for breakfast with any fruit from my list.. strawberries, peaches, pineapple, honeydew, apples or bananas.
SNACK: 3 oz of turkey breast with half cup green breans
LUNCH: 2 oz of chicken breast, half cup rice and 1/2 cup veggies (you will be full).
SNACK: other half of grapefruit
DINNER: 3oz. of steak or tuna and other half cup of grean beans or a small salad.
DRINK ALOT OF WATER, no sodas or sweet drinks (your fruit should take care of your sweet tooth). Hope this helps, and please, keep me posted.
You might be able to do it, its probably not the healthiest way to attack it and you should at least be eating 1000 calories or you'll gain all the weight back once you start eating normally.
No soft drinks. only black coffee, tea and water.
Lots of fresh vegetables and fruits, small portions of real meat, not processed oscar meyer crap.
All the grains you eat should be whole grains. No white bread, or white pasta. Brown bread, brown pasta. If you eat carbs, eat them for breakfest or lunch, not dinner
No trans fats. nothing processed, no chips, etc.
Exercise at least 20 minutes a day for 5 days out of the week.
Half strength and weights, half cardio.
Don't eat after 7.
Don't drink anything but water after 7.
Absolutely no dessert.
Good luck!
Try a cleansing diet! I did and lost 10.5 pounds and 17 inches in only 9 days. I was very happy with the results and continued on the program and lost 25 pounds in 5 weeks. This is the fastest I have ever lost with other diets like Jenny Craig, Weight Watchers, Medifast, Slimfast etc…. Cleansing works by removing toxins from your body. You get toxins from your food (pesticides, preservatives, food additives, colorings) water, chemicals, pollution, medications, alcohol, hormones that the animals you eat were fed etc….YUCK! The toxins get coated with fat and remain in your body. To remove the fat, you have to remove the toxins. This system worked for me, maybe it can work for you too. You can check out the website or call this toll free number 1-877-587-4647 for more info. The program is not cheap, but it is worth every penny since it works and keeps you motivated. Good luck!

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:
*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity. Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate this formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.
*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.
Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as white potatoes) and drink lots of water.
Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Here is an excellent food pyramid that anyone can follow: http://www.rayandterry.com/html/images/PyramidLRG.gif?osCsid=26a424be471d1337e7c2f105d5c64d9d
