Question:
abdominal crunch: holding for count of two >> BUT how many reps?
push-ups: >> How many should I start off with? How many reps?
squats (w/ 5 pound dumbbells): >> How many?
standing shoulder press (w/ 5 pound dumbbells): >> How many?
standing leg raise: >> How many for "each" leg?
doorway stretch: >> Holding for a count of 10, BUT how many reps?
static lunge: >> How many for "each" leg?
outer-leg and back stretch: >> Holding for count of 10, BUT how many
on "each" side?
groin and inner-thigh stretch: >>Hold for 10, rest for 20?? How many reps on each side?

That is a great question!! What are your goals? is it to tone or is it ti gain muscle? If it is to tone then you want to go low weights high reps example would be 3 sets of 20. If it is to gain muscle the you want to go high weight lower reps example would be 3 sets of 8.
You have a good basic workout but you have three leg exercises and then chest and shoulders but no back. Make sure that you work your muscles evenly so that you are not unbalanced!
For stretching, hold for 30-60 seconds each side no need to repeat.
In time up your weights! Make sure you have fun with it!
