I bought a game/workout, about a month ago, called Yourself!Fitness (PS2, XBox or PC) that customizes your workout to your ability. It is never the same and I never get bored. I'm feeling more toned in the waistline already. It also works on leg and arm toning. I love it! It is so much cheaper than a gym membership.

Look it up and read some reviews.
it's a simple solution..not so simple to follow.eat less, excesses more..sounds pretty cut and dry, but it's the only way..instead of eating 3 square meals a day..eat 6 smaller meals through out the day..30-40 Min's of cardio , walking, jogging, stairs, jump rope, spin or aerobic classes etc..you should see the results your looking for.good luck
The short answer - as you probably already know - is diet and exercise. Eat sensibly, with plenty of fruits and veggies (the fiber helps you metabolize), drink lots of water, and take in moderate amounts of carbs, fat, and protein each day. Stay away from processed foods and sugars. As for exercise, you should start by trying to fit in at least 30 minutes of moderate activity a day. This can be walking, bike riding, climbing stairs, etc. Eventually you would want to incorporate resistance training. General healthy habits will start to cut down your waistline where fat is commonly stored first, but remember that you won't see results overnight. Stay away from get-thin-quick gimmicks and diet pills - the only way you'll see lasting results is to change your lifestyle and focus on your overall health. Good Luck!
