will i can say that by clenching them will help to tone them and keep them at a certain level......but in order to have a really good abs you will need to work them harder/heavier workload.....so try when you get up to wake 10 minutes earlier and do the situps.....or right before your shower at night set aside 10minutes to do them.....in order to acheive things they need the time to be achieved.
