ok the best thing for you is to eat right... lots of chicken and rice and some green vegies... next to beable to drop wieght you have to to cardio running, biking, swimming(is the best).. but dont forget you probably are still going to grow and strech out so dont be in a hurry and use your weight to help you gain strength and speed with that you can drop more weght faster..... Stairs, sprints, and plyrometrics if you need more detail just hit up google and find some more stuff you can do.
