A simple exercise you can do at home for no cost is to stand up and hold a wooden chair by the legs in your hands. Holding your arms forward, bent at the elbow, raise and lower the chair without moving your arms, only your wrists. Raist the chair until it touches your forehead and then lower it almost until the top of the chair touches the floor and repeat over and over and over.
