Question:

Answers:
500 calories a day wouldnt feed a bird why do you want to lose so much weight so fast. if you want to lose SOME weight fast try trim spa or lexapril its a fat burning pill and it boosts your metabolism fast too on a diet you should be eating at least 1800 calories a day you can do harmful things to yourself on 500 calories especially your heart

Out of those two I would take the detox. But for myself, to lose weight at a rate like that would take an all protein/good fat diet.
if you really care about your health, don't do anything you listed above. keep you calories at about 1200 and walk or jog every day for 30 minutes. you will definately notice a difference.

if you want to really loose weight fast, just stop eating anything but saltines and pick up smoking and drinking coffee and water only.
Proper diet...with protein, carbs, lil fat and more exercise would help you lose weight:

Cutting your calories back to nothing will only hurt your metabolism. Eating moderately (1000 calories/day) and exercising every day will not harm your metabolism and you will lose weight.
