First of all you are still very young and losing wait now will be much easier then when you are older. I have had the same problems with my husband in the past and though I am not sure of your situation I know that my husband didn't mean it he only wanted to hurt me during a fight. 170 at 5'4 isn't so bad, I read your other question and with that diet you WILL lose weight but you will HAVE to stick to it and make exercise a part of your daily life for the rest of your life other wise you will lose the weight and then gain it all back plus more and it will be a never ending cycle.
