Walking is one of the best ways to lose weight and stay in shape. Walking is both a weight bearing exercise and cardio exercise. When you walk you are carrying the weight of your body it's not like cycling where you sit in use your legs. So cycling is a good cardio workout , but not a muscle workout. Walking helps tone your legs and butt and inner thighs if you swing your arms they can tone as well all of this in a nice walk.

the advantage is that its a low impact exercise..its good for joints and while walkin you get to take in the scenery and get in touch with your surrounding. the disadvantage would be that you hve to walk for long hours as compared to joggin..and also its will be a slower process to lose weight compared to the other exercises
I think walking is the best way to lose weight.
I go to the local school track and walk 3 miles
every other night. 4 laps = 1 mile. At first I didnt
really see any changes, then all the sudden
every thing started to tone up.This has been the
