Does excess ejaculation affect one's ability to build muscle mass?

Question:
Does too much sex/masturbation stunt muscle growth in adult male? The subject is trying to build muscle mass but sexes/masturbates daily. Will it have an adverse affect on their overall mass building goal?

Answers:
Why would it, moron? When someone makes a quip about semen being "protein" it's not like it's REALLY your supply of muscle-building protein.

Just be sure to switch arms so your forearms build evenly.

Other Answers:
well, instead of your blow up doll, find a real woman
NO!
it makes you too sleepy to work out..so no working out = no muscle mass.but you'll have the biggest forearms in the world!
Probably because they are taking away time to masturbate which would have been useful in working to build mass.
Not to his forearm.
Exactly what is excessive in regard to ejaculation? I don't think that a daily ejaculation is excessive, and neither does my hubby! :)
no - despite myths it doesnt lower your testosterone nor does it stop muscle growth BUT

it can tire you out so you dont have the same energy to go into the workout - to really grow muscle you have to work out intensely and this takes a lot of energy

also the old saying about sex the night before a big game - well its not the sex it spending all night looking for it instead of sleeping

you are a smart boy - you get it?
Actually, it's a well known fact that sex and masturbation, when achieving climax, actually causes a strong hormonal reaction. Because testosterone is a base muscle building hormone, daily sexuality can stimulate muscle growth, provided you achieve orgasm and you perform after a good, healthy workout.

I've personally discovered that post-workout orgasms are also excellent ways of relaxing muscles, clearing lactic acid and preventing excessive soreness over the following days.

However, be warned that working out and keeping that active a sexual lifestyle can be very demanding on the body, so be sure to get plenty of sleep as well.
