You shouldn't all together use your weight (pounds) to determine if you are "overweight". Yes, there is a weight range you should be in for your height. 131 to 151 lbs. This doesn't mean you are in better shape if you are 131 lbs., or worse shape if you are closer to 151 lbs. If you are athletic, you will probably be at the higher end of the scale because muscle tissue weighs more than fat.
If you really want to determine if you are overweight, do 3 simple things. First, look in the mirror. Everyone is harder on themselves than they should be. so be realistic. your body NEEDS to have some fat on it to survive! Ask yourself, "Do I look unhealthy?" Secondly, consider what you eat. do you regularly eat healthy food, or junk? Third, how much you exercise. do you play sports? You should get at least 20 mins of cardiovascular exercise every day. Even if you just go for a walk each day its going to keep you in better shape. plus exercise increases your metabolism.
If you think you are overweight, schedule an appointment with your regular doctor who can refer you to a nutritionist. The nutritionist will form a diet & exercise plan individualized to meet your specific needs. Don't try to starve yourself, that slows your metabolism & will only make it harder for you to loose weight later. Plus, it can harm & weaken your body. making you prone to sickness & disease. ick!

121- 159 pounds is normal
Anywhere between 110 and 130 depending on your build. To be totally sure if you're overweight or not, just go get a physical. The doc will tell you all you need to know.
any where from 125lbs to 145lbs 125 being lite and 145 being health good luck! I am 5' & 7 1/2" too. When I was 16 my family Dr. told me I should weigh between 135 lbs and 145 lbs. That ideal body weight sounded high to me because I have very small bone structure, but muscle weighs more than fat and looks smaller, so it really isn't. You should check with your family Dr. though, everyone is different and it isn't very safe to get advice from people who know nothing about your medical history, body type, etc.
140lbs ish. id say
thats a question . let me put it in simple way.. if your height is x then your normal weiht should be ( x-100). now you have 168.75 cm. so your normal weight should be 68.75. but unfortunately no one can be that accurate. so another way is there like a range. it is called BMI (Body Mass Index).. it should be between 18.5 - 25 . so to know whether you are normal just squre your height in metre and multiply with lowest and highest range . so your weight will be normal if between 52.2144 and 71.191 Kg..

For an adult female.. and you're getting close, 100 pounds for the first five feet plus 5 pounds per inch is considered a working figure. This will vary with body type, but it's a starting point and usually comes up a little on the low side. So, 137.5 pounds would be "reasonable" for you.
