Fruits and vegetables have to be a huge part of your diet. Try some pasta, oatmeal or cereal for the mornings (watch the sugar content), bread and sandwiches at lunch. It's all about making better choices.instead of buying ice cream and Hersey's chocolate, get some yogurt instead.
