Nausea During Exercising?

Question:
I'm not out of shape or have a sensitive stomach but many times when i exericise i throw up or feel nauseous. I drink plenty of water and i try not to eat before i exericise but one way or another i feel sick. Is there a way of preventing this or something that could help?

Answers:
Maybe the problem is that you aren't eating before exercise. I have read numerous articles about eating 30 min to 1 hour before exercising. The recommend fruit or dairy (like yogurt or cottage cheese). I always have a yogurt before i go...

Try that next time

Other Answers:
You need to see a doctor about this. You might be over hydrating and / or working out too hard.
Check with your doctor, have them do a tredmill stress test. You could have a heart problem. Especially if you are young, the doctor will not do it unless you request it.
You said it right in the question. By not eating anything before you go work out, your blood sugar is getting too low. (This happens to me every now and then. One time I even passed out at the gym from it.) Have a banana or some crackers or something about 30 minutes before you go work out. Then make sure you eat something with protein in it afterwards.
It is not normal, please see your doctor to find the cause.
Hi there!

Keep an empty stomach B4 but drink gatorade during exercising. Be sure you don't take any pills right before exercise. Try exercises, that require less bouncing, until you get back on track. Warm up slowly and don't exercise past the position of being able to talk while performing the exercise.

This should do it.

Good luck!
