i don't suggest diet pills but if u must get hydroxycut they'll speed up your metabolism and work as a diuretic (you'll pee a lot). also eat lots of friut like watermelon, cantaloupe, and honeydew melons have tons of water in them. apples are good too. then, eat small meals like six times a day eg. a salad or a sandwich. if u need more help you can email me.

Drink alot of water or grapefruit juice, cut down on snacks that are full of fat, and do fifty to one hundred sit ups a day.you'll lose your belly. Just stop eating .

Diet pills are unhealthy and just because they say it'll work it makes you feel sick and it won't be worth it after the wedding.
Drink or eat a lot of grapefruit or juice, it's a diet food. But don't consume it TOO much or eat just that or you'll piss enough for your whole zip code, lol.
It's summer, go swimming (if you know how to, not like me :P) Swimming helps you lose weight AND tone your body and reduces belly fat.
Avoid sugar; because it's the HARDEST thing to burn.
Try reducing your portion sizes that you eat. Instead of eating 3 big meals a day, eat 5 meals a day that's the size of your fist. Just because 3 meals is a lesser number, you're consuming wayy wayy more. Also it slows your metabolism.
Or, if you have enough time; buy some Special K fruit&yogurt Kellogs cereal and replace two meals with a bowl of that w/ MILK for two weeks and you will see results!
Also, reduce CALORIE intake. Watch what you eat. If you eat -less- than 2,000 a day; you will lose lbs fast per week! Add milk w/ that diet if you're going to do it that way; it's proven that milk increases weight loss results!
