how should u lose belly and leg fat?

Question:
i mean, im strong and i do a lot, run and lift weights but how can i lose it? I also eat healthy too like today i only had sum veggie soup and a turky sandwich without mayo.

Answers:
Well there are 3 choices.

1. running
2. swimming
3. cardio (aerobic, dancing, etc)

You already run so that should help. But the thing with running is that sometimes, speed walking is even better. I would recommend the latter two. Swimming is gonna help you look lean and trimmer overall. Legs, stomach, arms..you name it.

Now if that doesn't work, it could just be genetics. Some people just simply can't lose the fat. It's just that much harder.
Also, just because you're eating veggie's isn't always so great. There is a NEW food pyramid that is coming out which should be available online. The old one is bogus. Following the new food pyramid might help as well.

Hope at least some of my advice helped.

You can do sit ups and push up and you can jog and most likely you might be able to lose ur belly and leg fat! GOOD LUCK

Sit ups work really well and walking is always good, too. 30 mins of walking, 1hr of running, 1hr of biking, lift weights 3 time a week, do this if you have free time. Eat less fat and high in cholesterol foods. I've done this for 4 months and I loss 30lbs. I'm doing this for almost a year now so I maintain my weight 150lbs.

In order to lose belly fat and leg fat you must reduce your overall body fat by burning more calories than you eat. Unfortunately, when body fat is lost, your body decides where its going to come from. Belly fat is usually the slowest to go and the hardest to get rid of for most people.
