i have a very skinny body..and i dont like that.i eat alot but nuthing happens, wat should i do??

i eat a lot and my body still stays skinny..does this mean that i have a disease?

If you was skinny through whole of your life,maybe that's your body construction.How old are you? no u dont have a disease u have a fast metabolism. and quit complaining about it cuz thousands of people would give all they own to be skinny like you. I had a skinny body throughout my teens.Nothing I did helped.But I started putting on weight on my early twenties.(That was when I finished college).Believe me students take longer to put on weight.That's because they are more active and burn off so much energy.Once I was home for a couple of months I started gaining weight.So much that I had to work out to get back in a reasonable shape.Eat larger portions of everything.And don't worry!


I'm sure you do not have a disease, but you would only be satisfied if you were checked out by a doctor, I guess? Anyway, it is better to be on the thin side than fat; much healthier for your heart etc. I would eat more and enjoy being thin, something most of us would envy!


Here is the ways to gain some weight:-
(i) Increase your water intake.as much as you can.
(ii) Sleep more.
Iiii) eat more breads. (and go to bed).
That'll help.

No disease, you are lucky! Your body is efficient in burning calories. My girlfriend is skinny and I find her very sexy. Slender and hot. Working out building muscle will fill you out and eating healthy will help also. enjoy your body, you are lcuky. I think, it must be better if u see a doctor and surely it can help u. Cyazzz!
