Drink lots and lots of water. Alot of times our bodies are dehydrated and need some water and we interpret it as being hungry. Try that and see how it works. Another good thing about drinking water is that our bodies need water to flush away the fat cells. So drinking lots of water helps our body in so many ways. Good luck!

For example, I purchase raw milk (we can do that in our state) and drink a lot of it. Raw milk is considered a perfect food, such as eggs for it contains everything we need to survive on. I find that I am not hungry most of the time. Thusly, I end up losing weight or maintaing what I have. Hoodia is a natural appetite suppressant. I also have found that if I brush my teeth or chew gum I tend to not want to eat for a while afterward. Green tea and Apple Cidar Vinegar also naturally boost the metabolism....something else for you to try.
okay, i know what has worked for me.....but not suggesting it is best for all....the appetite is usally based on fat when your body gets fat it tells the brain your full......so when i get the hunger bug biting me i have a little bit of peanut butter....maybe about 2 table spoons and i refuse to eat anymore of it or anything else and usally before i know it i am doing something else and not thinking about eating......but do not eat alot for it is high in fat.....but the quick 200cal it gives and the fat content curbes my hunger.....lower in calories then those cookies i was thinking about....lol
Coffee is a ALL NATURAL appetite suppressant. I will have a cappaccino in the morning and I am not hungry until lunch time.
