I don't have any fitness equipments, can't afford the gym right now..How can I loose about 8 pounds?

Question:
I heard some exercises make you bigger.Im afraid of this. What can I do to loose 8-10 pounds in about 2 weeks?

Answers:
First off, if you're female you will NOT get big muscles from exercise. You'll get toned and fit, and you can do it without joining a gym. Also, aiming for 8- 10 pounds in 2 weeks is not reasonable nor healthy. It can be done, but you will gain back the weight and more afterwards, guaranteed.

Make sure your nutritional needs are met--eat 4-5 small meals a day to keep your metabolism going, and cut down your calories to 1200-1450 per day. Remember that each pound is worth 3500 calories, so aim to burn that off through walking or running, and you can use water jugs at home for arm weights. Jumping rope is also a fast way to burn off calories. Also remember to stay hydrated--at least 108 oz. of water a day. Cut down on sodium and sugar.

Needless to say, you don't need any equipment for pushups and crunches. Good luck

Fruits act on fat as turpentine acts on oil paint. Remember to be moderate. ( Also lecithin; e.g. Oatmeal )
Walking or running is great exercise. I've heard sex is great for losing weight too LOL. Good luck
Switch to diet soda instead of regular. This change alone helped me lose some weight. Try to drink more water. Just eat less, and you'll lose a few pounds.
Start going walking around town or what not. Ditch all junk food, and work out at ur house. Like sit ups and those kinds of things. I did all that and lost weight pretty fast over 8 pounds. Good Luck
Substitute the high fatty foods for healthier ones, take up jogging or walking (20-30 minutes a day), skip the soda and coffee, and instead of finishing that HUGE plate of food at the restaurant take half home for later.
Walk.
Take a long brisk walk each day.
Watch what you eat.
Two weeks is really pushing it. You cannot do it. To lose a pound of fat you need to take in 3500 less calories than you need over a length of time. In two weeks you need 2000 calories a day for a total of 28,000 calories (14 days) just to maintain. To lose eight pounds you would have to take in 28,000 calories less than that (3,500 calories x 8 lbs) leaving you a net balance of zero calories for two weeks. You would have to starve. Try taking in half the amount of calories as normal and you will lose four pounds. You can lose slightly more by excercising in addition to this.
If you only need to lose 8-10 pounds, don't sweat it. Walk a couple times a week, eat one or two fewer desserts a week. It will come off. Don't become a slave to body image.
