What burns more calories:runnin. or biking?


Question:
Does running for 10 minutes burn more or less the amount of calories burned biking for 10 minutes [assumed the route/hills/trail is the same for both]?

Answers:
Running, by far. If I run for about 10 minutes I can burn about 100 calories. It would take me 20 minutes to burn that many calories by biking.

(Although if you are trying to get somewhere, it is definitely faster to bike!)

Running.it gets your heart rate up higher and involves your whole body
i'd go with the biking using intervals because it's easier on the knees. treadmills are killer on the knees yo.
