Hm, keep the scale. When do you weigh yourself? At night? Oh, thats bad. When you wake up first thing you do before you go to the bathroom, eat, drink water- anything- weigh yourself. Thats you're true weight. And don't weigh yourself everyday. Since I have no scale at home, I bought this skirt (size 4) and i'm DYING to fit into it. Every week I put it on and see if I can atleast close it.
I know it gets frustrating, and I gave up A LOT of times. But go ask your parents and be like "hey does it look like i lost weight?" and if they say yes its a big help to me. same with my friends.
i can do the cardio ok, but its food that gets me down. so eat healthy and all 6 days a week, and for that 1 day - go get yourself some McDonalds! and don't stress, the more you stress the harder it is to lose weight. hope i helped +D

I hate it to. But soon enough it will kick in. It takes a lot of time for weight to drop the right way.
i totally understand where you are coming from, i am in the same position..I have been trying to loose weight consitantly for the whole summer..only about 10 lbs. i excersise everday just about (run/jog/walk for atleast 30 mins. and do other ab workouts- crunches aswell as squats etc.)i also eat right and it is taking a lot of will power.. since others in my house are eating junkk food all the time.. non the less i am sticking to it.. but i am begining to extremly frustrated since i really dont see any results.. and i simialrly feel like giving up : ( i dont what i am doing wrong.
