negative calories¿?
Question:
Answers:
sorry there are no negative calorie foods. Those theories were around when it was believed fiber was not absorbed and that i had no calories in it. That's obviously wrong now.
However, many non-starchy veggies are very low calorie, so they help to control hunger by adding bulk to foods while you're cutting calories by dieting.
Other Answers:
i think celery is the only one
and the negative calories doesn't come from chewing the celery--but rather, your intestines digesting the celery and breaking down the fiber--takes more calories to break down the fiber than the actual nutrient content of the celery
i don't know of any other ones STRAWBERRIES! It takes more calories to chew and digest them, forget zeratul123, he's lying!!
