Please see ideal body weight calculators below.

Before you start a diet and exercise program read the following articles:

http://www.webmd.com/content/article/101/106227.htm

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm

Get an online, desktop, or cell phone diet and fitness calculator. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Do not try fad diets or diet pills. Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:

*4) Get plenty of sleep. Sleep experts say most adults need between seven and nine hours of sleep each night for optimum performance, health, and safety.

*5) Educate yourself continually on health issues and make a life long commitment to good health. A great free publication is “Dietary Guidelines for Americans 2005”. A reputable test you can take to measure your biological age is at http://realage.com
Look at all areas where you can enhance your health. For example, make improvements in the quality of the air you breathe. Review outdoor air quality forecasts where you live and get an indoor air purifier.

I am a 5" like 3-5?! I weigh 90 lbs. (12 yrs old.)
type BMI chart into google and check it out.
Not sure what a stone is. I'm 5'4 and 26 and 108 pounds, you probably should be somewhere around there.
huh? whats stone? r u from Mars?
We don't 'do' metric or stone in the USA. . . sorry.
100 pounds...i don't know stone sorry
Here is a pounds to stones conversion calculator

http://www.metric-conversions.org/weight/pounds-to-stones.htm

You have to do a BMI using your height and weight to find out what the proper weight for you is though.
kandbshow said 45 lbs... a 6 year old weighs that much. 14 and 5' 4" should be roughly 110 lbs
You can check your BMI on the internet. It depends on your build and how muscular you are. Check it out on the internet.
115
14 year olds should be worried about nutrition and exercise, not weight. That's the first problem with this question.
for a boy i'm guessing around 110-120 lbs is healthy. maybe a bit more. no idea for stones
IDK IM 14....5'8 AND I WIEGH 162 HOW MUCH DO YOU WEIGH?
between 8 and 9 stone!
if ur a girl, i would say sumthin like 120 or 110. give or take. idk wat ur getting at with stones.
i would say maybe 106-111 lbs
I'd say that about 8-9 stone(112-126 lbs.).
45 pounds? wtf? not everyone is annerexic you know..........
id say 100-125 puonds if your a boy.........
The typical rule is 100 lbs. for 5 feet. Then you add 5 lbs. to every inch after that. So for 5'4", you should be at least 120 lbs. According to the Google conversion, that is 8.5 stone. But 9 stone is a healthy weight too then.
I would say between 8 stone and 9 stone would be ideal. HTH.
Girls about a hundred to hundred and five lbs
Guys about a hundred and thirty to a hundred and thirty five.
I would say no more than 7.5 stone at 14 years of age, but if you're concerned you should talk to a nutrionist and your doctor.
go to www.am-i-fat.com
they have charts in pounds and kilos
well probly around 120 to 130
From what I've found, about 8-11 stone.
You should way roughly 115 lbs. Of course that depends on your body mass.

That would equal " 8 stone 3 "

8 stones = 112 lbs
