It interjects a lot of extraneous motion, slowing the process down immensely. You have to set down your fork, reach for and grab the glass, drink, put it back; then take time to pick up the fork for the next bite. Plus, all that extra water you're drinking will fill you up faster.

put down ur fork/knife/spoon in between bites and sip ur drink between bites. if u think about it before eating, drink a tall glass of cold water any way u like it. then ur stomach will have something in it before u eat and u wont be quite as hungry. i think you should cut your food up into smaller pieces and make sure that you are chewing a certain number of times! hope this helps!

I started by buying raspberry yogurt and making sure I chewed every little raspberry seed. It would take me like 15-20 minutes to eat a yogurt.after that for awhile I had it all under control.
