Has anyone ever tried Fahrenheit?

Question: If so, does it work and would you recommend it? I heard it helps build muscle, is that true?
How long before you saw results? Any bad things about it?

actually i was talking about fahrenheight as in temperature,so our questions are different, it's all good.
