Is lowfat cottage cheese a quality food?


Question:
I use this as a protein source, i take vit-d to offset the high calcium intake. I eat about 2-3 cups a day w/fruit or salsa. Lost almost 25lbs. I eat other stuff also......grilled chicken...salads.....legumes. Any negative feedback on cottage cheese?

How can you eat it everyday and not get constipated? That happened to me and it was horrible!
Sure is, especially good if you (and please, you will thank me) mix cottage cheese into scrambled eggs as you cook them...I thought, no way, it'll be gross, but it is fantastic! And THAT is two sources of protein and a great way to start your day! Cottage cheese also mixes well with all kinds of fruit!
