yeah, just eat right. lol!

Not sure what you are talking about, but maybe eating right would fix the problem. what brand of creatine are you taking, also make sure your drinking AT LEAST 1 gallon of water a day

Make sure you are drinking lots of water!

stay away from creatine its acid content is to high my son was recently hospitalized for using it. try muscle smoothie instead

stop eating it unless you hydrate yourself your not drinking enough water, when taking creatine you must drink more fluids then normal or you will contually have a stomach ace and you could even die Did you know that your body excretes creatine as waste? Urine has creatine in it. All creatine does is provide a single phosphate bond for cells to break for energy. Your cells produce ATP which has 3 phosphate bonds to break for energy. It may give you a temporary increase in energy allowing for a more intense workout, but only short term. I'd say stay away from creatine.

It has nothing to do with what you are eating, Creatine upsets everybody's stomach, try taking a lower dose untill your body gets adjusted to it.
Start with only 2 grams (about 1/3 of a teaspoon) and slowly build up to the required dose of 5-10 grams. (1-2 teaspoons). Make sure you follow directions 'exactly', and you can mix it with different things. and yes drink alot of water, It makes your muscle tissue, actually all of your tissues, retain water, so that's when you see your growth from your work outs..
