umm.starve yousself? i cant think of anything. give yourself more time to lose weight Ummm not without some major problems and possible weight gain afterwards. You should only lose 1-2 lbs at most per week.
there is no way to do so healthily.
i supposed you could try just not eating and drinking only water and fruit juice, but your body will begin to consume itself, i.e. muscle for the protien it needs to get thru daily life.
If burn 3,500 calories everyday yeas you can but it isn't good for your body. You will over exerted yourself. Doctors suggest you loose 2.5 lbs a week and then yeah little by little to your goal. Cut off your head
