I am 164 cm tall girl, and 14 years old! but I weigh 180 pounds!?

Question:
I want to know any tips on losing weight, and also tips on staying on track! I hate being Overweight, and need to change before it's too late! Help!

Answers:
Basically, your body uses a certain amount of calories each day, usually about 2000. If you do a lot of physical work, then your body uses more calories; if you do nothing but sit in class all day long, your body uses less.
If you eat more calories than you use, then your body changes the extra into fat. If you use more than you eat, then your body changes the fat already in your body into energy.
So, the idea is to work/exercise off more calories than you eat. For instance, some hyperactive people constantly tap their fingers or shake their leg, etc. Find some ways to use energy during the day, whether it be exercise or just doing lots of chores around the house. As well, eat less food. Technically, not eating any food will work as well, but it isn't a good idea for other reasons, such as nutrition.
Move more, eat better foods and don't worry about the weight. Start focusing on active things and eliminate the freaky foods.

Weight watchers can be really effective if you stick with it.

Good Luck.

The best thing for you to do is to get the governments food pyramid and follow it. This will help you have a balanced diet. You also need to exercise. Move as much as possible. Make it a habit and never stop as you get older. Talk to your mom or whoever cooks for you about the food pyramid. Ask to help plan meals and take on some of the cooking responsibilities. This will make the person cooking more than willing to do what you need help with.
eatt chicken noodle soup and nothin else for sum time and u should lose sum wait.dont over eat it though
That is definitely too heavy. You need enough nutrition for normal growth, but need to be light on the total calories to burn up the excess weight. Get plenty of exercise, and you may want to see a doctor about a diet. Obviously, you will have to stick with it, and it will continue to be a problem indefinitely.
