Does the Ab Lounger really work?

Question:
I want to buy but I don't I want to waste my money in something that doesn't work. So does any of you have it? and has it worked for you?

Answers:
if you already have low body fat and just want to build your ab muscles, it might.

But there is no such thing as spot training. You can to sit ups until you pass out, and it won;t burn the fat on your belly. You'd be better off going for a run every morning.

Other Answers:
Yes as does the magic fingers chair and the fat jiggler belt deal.
Sure it works, even doing plain old crunches works. But don't expect it to give you ripped abs in just 5 minutes a day. If you REALLY want a six pack then I suggest an inversion table that can lock into place. So once you lock your ankles in it and tilt it your level, do some crunches while you're upside down, I guarantee you will see resaults.

Also make sure you cut out the "bad" starches. No you don't have to go on a crazy diet, just try to eat less mcdonalds and more complex carbs like rice and stuff, stay away from the sugary foods.
