Answers:
I don't think you are going to recieve a better answer than the one about to give. . .

Maintain a healthy diet. . NO JUNK FOOD!,

Exercise at least 6 days a week

My hunch is you'll lose that weight just in time for bathing suit. Simple huh? Nothing extreme.

Other Answers:
try rollerblading every day for a month. really fast. and keep it up. its fun and it works.
do a lot of calisthenics, or high activity exercises like jogging, swimming, or bicycling.
Calorie count, also Keep a journal of what you are eating with the calories counted. you can pick up a book that tells calorie amounts in most book stores. some even have the grams of fat and sodium in them. Good Luck
Stop eating the following
Sweets (all kinds)
Chips
Bread
Pasta
Cheese and butter
Fried stuff and sauces
Prefer :Water, Fish, Chicken, veg, fruit, yoghurt, brown rice.

Do that for a month and you'll see.
Eat 5 - 6 small meals a day! This keeps your metabolism up. Exercise for 30 minutes a day. ediets.com helped me!
Lay off the sugar. No soft drinks. No candy. Also, limit your starch intake. No chips. No fries. No cake. No second helpings at dinner and no in between meal snacks.
you should count the calories you eat. most products are labeled with their nutricional values.
if you try eating around 1500 kilocalories (kcal) per day, in a week or two you will lose the weight.
i tried it, i was 130 and now I am 110, and this happenedin a month. in time, you even won t feel the need to eat more than thos 1500kcals.
anyway, try not to eat white bread, french fries, stuff that's very fat or very sweet.
and eat lots of fruit and drink like 2l of water/tea per day.
good luck!
Well, girl. First of all drink plenty of water. Water can help control your appetite. Second, eat fruits and some veggies. Third, make sure you eat breakfast every morning. Eat lunch and dinner but do not over eat. Eat enough to be full. If you don't like running take frequent walks. Exercising can help tone up your body. Don't eat late.
hi,
i came accross wid an answer for your question.actually i saw this in oprah show. The topic of the day was"why do the french women are thin"and a french writer gave the answer,"enjoy eating your food.Reduce the portion of the meal that u take,
(example:if u r eating a big slice of cake reduce it to a smallest size may b arround only two bites.)Avoid using elavators and start climbing and getting down the stairs whenever u go out.Avoid using taxi's for a small distance and take a walk.Include different types of dishes in ur meal just because this will make u taste every dish in small proportions.(if u have a single dish u end up eating the whole thing which may contain lot of fat and may result in more body weight).Thers a book of a french writer better u find out or put a question in oprah website to find about the book.so good luck.search in amazone.com the fat fallacy the french dietsecrets to permanent weight loss.
After trying for 10 years. I finally lost 150+ lbs (12 stone) and kept it off for over 4 years now. I've beaten 3 terminal diseases and I am now in amazing health, all around, not just thinner.

I did it without medicine, workouts, religion, going hungry or hating my food and without an operation or secret formula. I had tried counting: calories; carbs; fat; etc. I had tried jogging, swimming, weights, aerobics, crazy medicines and starving! But nothing ever worked well or lasted very long.

I also had Hypertension, High Blood Pressure, Chronic Asthma, vision and hearing loss. constant colds and ills, annual flu or pneumonia and more. I was approved for bypass surgery and taking usually between 16 and 20 pills a day.

take a look at my before and after pictures...

The following healthy living recommendations will help you if you’re trying to lose weight, tone up your muscles, have aspirations of building lean muscle mass, are attempting to get a wash board stomach, or just want to feel better:

*1) Burn more calories then you're consuming everyday and measure your results using the following formula: Calories Consumed minus Basal Metabolic Rate (BMR) minus Physical Activity minus the Thermic Effect of Food (TEF). A website that explains this formula in more detail and will help you determine how many calories you need to reach or maintain a certain weight is at http://www.primusweb.com/fitnesspartner/library/weight/calsburned.htm

Get a diet and fitness calculator that you can put on your computer or cell phone. This will allow you to easily calculate the above formula, set goals, log your daily calorie consumption, and register your physical activities.

Set realistic goals for your ideal body weight. Here are two websites that will calculate a suggested body weight:
Adults: http://www.halls.md/ideal-weight/body.htm
Teens/Children: http://www.kidshealth.org/kid/exercise/weight/bmi.html

It is difficult and unhealthy to lose more than one or two pounds per week. There are 3,500 calories in a pound. If you eat 500 fewer calories per day for a week you will lose one pound. If you burn through exercise 500 more calories per day for a week you will lose one pound.

*2) Eat natural and organic foods found on earth versus something created by a corporation to make money. Eat meals in small portions throughout the day and take a good multi-vitamin supplement.

Avoid “High Glycemic Load Carbs” (sugar, pastries, desserts, refined starches such as breads, pasta, refined grains like white rice; high starch vegetables such as potatoes) and drink lots of water. Read this article for more information on high GL Carbs:
