How to bring back six pack abs surrounded by 1 week?
i am having this comp with a mate of mine and i have a 4 pack before we even started so i got solid lazy and now he is catching up... i stipulation mostly lower ab stuff... thanks so much if you can help me... I CANT LOSE THIS!!!!
